Eli Shigehiro is a Japanese Canadian multidisciplinary artist located in Calgary, Alberta. Their mediums include digital, pen and ink, watercolor, acrylic mixed media, film, and tattoo.

As a painter, Eli was a recipient of the OAC 2017 Artist Grant. Their first solo show Not So Far Away was selected by the OAG for their 2019 spring schedule and Calgary’s Vertigo Theatre Gallery for their 2019 fall schedule, with additional work selected for the 2019 OAG winter schedule. They exhibited as an Accomplished Artist at the 2020 Okotoks Nooks and Crannies art exhibition. They were an illustrator for NYT bestselling author J.D. Robb, with watercolor and ink wash artwork featured in Abandoned in Death (2021) and Forgotten in Death (2022). Eli has been tattooing full time since spring 2021.

Eli is currently tattooing at Jade and Dagger Tattoo 1815 8 St SW Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
